您有权以结构化、机器可读的格式获取您的数据并转移至其他服务。您的收藏数据保存在本地，天然可携带，不受任何限制。
您有权反对基于正当利益的个人信息处理，并要求限制处理。本应用不做个性化广告、不分析用户画像，故无可反对的处理活动。
若某项功能需经您同意方可使用，您有权随时撤回同意，且撤回不影响撤回前处理的合法性。
您有权不受仅基于自动化处理（如用户画像）作出的决策约束。本应用不进行任何自动化决策，也不会对您进行评分或画像。
本应用并非面向儿童设计。若您是未成年人监护人，请参阅我们的《儿童隐私保护政策》。我们不会主动收集任何儿童的个人信息。

We respect and protect every user's privacy rights. The App is designed with a "no collection by default" principle — your favorites and preferences are stored only on your own device. The following outlines your rights under the GDPR, CCPA, and other internationally recognized privacy regulations:
Since the App does not collect or upload any personal information, most of the rights below are naturally fulfilled. You have full control over your data.
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and process. The App collects no personal information; data processing is limited to your favorites and preferences stored locally on your device.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. Since all data resides on your device, you can view it directly anytime (e.g., in the "My Favorites" section of the App).
You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information. Local data can be edited at any time; for information provided through service feedback, please contact us and we will assist.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. Local data can be removed in one step by uninstalling the App or clearing app data; we do not store any personal information on servers.
You have the right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and transfer it to another service. Your favorites are stored locally and are fully portable without restriction.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to request restriction. The App serves no personalized ads and performs no user profiling, so there are no processing activities to object to.
Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing (e.g., profiling). The App performs no automated decision-making, scoring, or profiling.
The App is not directed to children. If you are a guardian, please refer to our Children's Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
If you believe your privacy rights have been infringed, you have the right to file a complaint with us and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
